As is exactly what pictured. See all pics make sure y know what your buying. Pics show the tubes and there is some other hardware I m just including that stuff for free. U will more than likely want to change the tubes shorter or longer, put your on these at least check for straightness and reseal.

This is for sure the 87-99 39mm narrow disc. Pair of 39mm pre 2000 Lower for Sliders legs as most people call them used. Dual disc look at the brake mounting lugs. Have some common cosmetic blames from standard use will clean up or powder.
